By accessing or using Smart Cleaner AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Smart Cleaner AI provides tools to help users manage and organize their Gmail inbox. Key features include reviewing, archiving, and moving emails to trash. The App is a tool for personal use and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC.
All actions within the App (such as deleting or archiving emails) are initiated manually by the user. The App will never perform automated actions or bulk operations without your explicit command. By using the App, you grant permission to execute these actions on your behalf through the Google Gmail API.
You are solely responsible for the actions you take using the App. We recommend reviewing emails carefully before performing permanent actions like "Delete" or "Trash." You must be at least 13 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this Service.
Your privacy is important. As described in our Privacy Policy, we do not store or transmit your Gmail data to external servers. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT DATA LOSS WILL NOT OCCUR DUE TO USER ERROR OR TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMART CLEANER AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, RECOVERY COSTS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
